These are the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by, so please read them carefully before submitting your order. All online order forms must be agreed to by you before an order will be processed.

Copyright

You warrant that you will only submit a photo that you own copyright in, or have the copyright owner’s permission to reproduce. (Permission may be given by a parent or guardian on behalf of an infant.) You may print any images downloaded via our SharePix site from our partner tourist sites. GiftPix reserves the right to ask you to prove that you have the right to copy the photo and that permission has been obtained from persons featured in the photo or that you have the right to use any images or logos in the photo. If you are unable to prove any of the above upon request, GiftPix may refuse to print the photo or image. GiftPix reserves the right not to print your photo image, if in its opinion this image is unacceptable, or GiftPix suspects that the copying of the photo or image will infringe copyright or may otherwise infringe any other law. In such instances, GiftPix will promptly refund your payment.

If your photo contains any non-English words you must provide a written translation via email with your order.

You agree to indemnify GiftPix against any claim, damages or expenses GiftPix suffers in connection with the use of your photo or image, including any infringement of another person’s intellectual property rights or unauthorised use of any image of any other person or property.

Colour Variations

Variations in colour, image quality and position may occur in the finished product. You acknowledge that the finished photo image is dependent on the quality of the photo or image submitted. To the extent permitted by law, GiftPix will not refund or replace an order if the Image or Photo are of poor quality. We are unable to match colour codes. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that their may be slight colour variations from the graphic you provided.

Designs are subject to change without notice. Prices may be varied at any time at GiftPix discretion.

While every endeavour will be made to ensure that the Personalised images will be produced and dispatched within 7 days from receipt of your order, delivery delays may be experienced. If you wish to use the personalised images for a special event, you should ensure that the order is placed early enough to allow sufficient time for the order to be fulfilled to meet the date of your event.

The service provided by GiftPix pursuant to these terms and conditions is subject to the General GiftPix terms and conditions.

GiftPix will keep your details and photo / or image on file for 12 months from receipt of your order in case you wish to re-order Personalised Images or Logos using the same image.

You agree that if you use the same photo to re-order Personalised Images, you will be bound by these terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

It will be very rare but perhaps an order may not meet your expectations. We believe that your satisfaction as a customer is our first priority. In all cases for returns and exchanges, email us to initiate the return/exchange and obtain our return goods authority.

We operate a no hassle returns policy. All goods may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipping and the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Once items are received we will review and inspect the items and apply the appropriate credits/refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
